David Galef, University of Mississippi professor of English and creative writing, signs and reads from his new short story collection, LAUGH TRACK (Univ. Press of Mississippi, hd. 25.00). Galef is the author of two previous novels, Flesh and Turning Japanese. He's also written two childrens books and translated several books of Japanese proverbs.

There will be a reception and signing at 5 p.m. and Dr. Galef will read and discuss his book at 5:30.
