M.A. Harper will read from her second novel The Worst Day of My Life, So Far. It's the story of Jeanne Roth, a woman forced to return to the home she'd been so eager to leave. The return forces her to confront her past and her mother who is suffering from Alzheimer's.

M.A. Harper is the author of one other novel, For the Love of Robert E. Lee. She lives in New Orleans.
