This book
is one of my favorite books of all time. It is about a
girl named Max Ride. She's pretty normal. She lives with
a group of kids that she happens to lead, she is constantly
having to worry about half-wolf half-man creatures called
erasers, and she just so happens to have wings. Did I
say normal? She calls the group of kids she leads her
"flock". Oh yeah, they all have wings too. They're all
98% human, 2% avian (bird). Her flock consists of six
people: Angel, Gasman, Nudge, Iggy, Fang, and Max. They're
a tight knit family, and when Angel is kidnapped by the
feared erasers, it is up to Max and the rest of her flock
to save her. I recommend this book to anyone looking for
excitement, adventure, and suspense.

Meg
Cabot has told a most believing tale about a girl who
can talk and interact with ghosts. HAUNTED, book
5 in the mediator series, tells the story of a girl who
is in love with a ghost, that apparently, doesn't feel
the same for her. Then a boy that shares her powers, becomes
attracted to her, even though she hates his guts. All
the while a ghost is trying to seek revenge on his brother.
A hilarious and slightly scary tale of love and ghosts.
