About the Author
Sara Foster is the owner and operator of Foster’s Market, a gourmet food market and café in Durham, North Carolina. Sara is the author of the 5 cookbooks, including the best-selling The Foster’s Market Cookbook, Fresh Every Day, Casual Cooking, Sara Foster’s Southern Kitchen and the newly released Foster’s Market Favorites, the 25th Anniversary Collection. Sara has been featured in the New York Times, Bon Appetit, Southern Living, Martha Stewart Living Magazine, and has appeared on NBC’s Today Show, From Martha’s Kitchen.
Emily Wallace is a freelance writer and illustrator based in Durham, NC. Her work had appeared in publications including the Washington Post, Southern Living and The Oxford American. She is also the deputy editor of Southern Cultures at UNC- Chapel Hill.
